Program

The free automation case-study program selects up to five businesses for a 2-week working engagement and one custom business automation build. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

Working Session Requirement

Selected businesses must attend two 1-hour working sessions over 2 weeks to explain their business, tools, workflow, pain points, constraints, desired outcome, and implementation feedback.

Free Setup

For selected businesses, the automation design and initial setup are free. If a third-party tool, account, paid plan, integration, or ongoing service is needed, those costs remain the business's responsibility.

Ownership And Access

The selected business can keep using the delivered automation after setup. Access to third-party services, credentials, internal data, and operational approvals remain the business's responsibility.

No Outcome Promise

Fleet of One does not guarantee revenue, profit, cost savings, time savings, customer growth, compliance status, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on the business, data, tools, process, adoption, and ongoing maintenance.

Case Studies

This is a case-study program. Public details, names, quotes, screenshots, metrics, or identifiable operational information will only be shared with approval from the selected business.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the site or any delivered automation to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security controls, mislead customers, send unlawful messages, or expose private data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
